Lateral Hiring Recruiter – JD & JS
We are currently seeking young and dynamic Recruiters with a positive “can do” attitude
Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Lateral Hiring)
Office Location: Thiruvanchery, Tambaram, chennai
Job Location: Remote (WFH)
Education Qualification: MBA HR
Experience: Fresher to 5 Year Experience
Skills: Effective communication skills and other soft skills must
WFH Working Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Package – Onboarding-Based Salary
Salary will be calculated at a rate of ₹3,000 per candidate who has joined and is active in the client organization.
Monthly hiring target: 5 candidates
Total monthly payout on achieving target: ₹15,000
Note: There is no fixed salary. Payment is strictly based on successful onboarding and active status of candidates.
Incentives
Spot Incentive: Achieving the monthly target of 5 candidates will make you eligible for a ₹5,000 spot incentive.
Retention Incentive: An additional incentive will be provided if the candidates recruited by you successfully complete 3 months in the client organization
Lateral Hiring Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
Achieving the Takecare Manpower’s objectives by conducting successful recruitment processes.
Understanding client requirements details properly (Job description & job specification).
Choose the job portal that will attract the most applicants.
Use social media and job sites to post job ads to find and attract active job seekers.
More than 50 candidates have to be screened daily through telephone.
Screening applicant’s resume, analyzing their responses, verifying documents and shortlisting interested candidates against job requirements.
Scheduling and sending screened & interested candidates for client interview.
Giving interview date, time, address, location and interview tips to the candidate.
Candidates who have joined the client organization should follow up to 90 days. If the candidate provided by you leaves the organization within three (3) months of joining, the replacement shall be provided free of cost from your side.
